Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. Srishti Natural Herbal Beauty Parlour provides professional home-visit beauty and wellness services across New Delhi, including hair care and colouring, facial and skin care treatments, waxing, bridal and party makeup, and nail care. All services are performed by trained professionals using quality herbal and professional-grade products. Service availability is subject to therapist availability and location at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
Bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive an explicit confirmation message from us. You are required to provide accurate contact details, a complete address, and your preferred time slot at the time of booking. The therapist may arrive up to fifteen minutes before or after the stated appointment time due to travel conditions, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any significant delay. You must be present and available at the premises at the time of the appointment. If the therapist arrives and is unable to gain access or begin the service due to the client being unavailable, this will be treated as a no-show and the full service fee may be charged. Cancellations must be communicated to us at least eight hours before the scheduled appointment time via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellations made with eight or more hours notice will incur no charge, and you may reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than eight hours notice, or failure to be present at the time of the appointment, may result in the full service fee being charged at our discretion. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an appointment, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a complimentary reschedule.
As a home-visit service, the quality and safety of each treatment depends on the environment provided by the client. You are required to ensure that a clean and tidy space is available for the treatment, free of clutter and with sufficient room for the therapist to work comfortably. The treatment room must be air-conditioned, as many of our treatments involve temperature-sensitive products, and services may be declined or paused if the room temperature is not suitable. Adequate lighting must be available, particularly for makeup and facial treatments. The therapist must be able to safely access the premises, and you should inform us in advance of any access restrictions. An adult aged eighteen years or above must be present throughout the duration of the service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if these requirements are not met, in which case the cancellation policy will apply. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment. We accept UPI transfers, cash, and online payment via Razorpay. Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on hair length, product used, or requirements discussed at the time of booking. We will inform you of any pricing variation before commencing the service.
All services are non-refundable once performed. Beauty services are personal in nature and results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair condition, and aftercare practices. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. If you have a concern, please raise it with the therapist immediately or contact us within twenty-four hours. We may at our sole discretion offer a complimentary follow-up treatment. Advance payments are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Please inform us before your appointment of any known allergies, active skin conditions, pregnancy, or recent medical treatment that may affect the service. We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may be unsafe. All reusable equipment is sanitised before each appointment and single-use items are disposed of after use.
When you book with us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and home address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your appointment and communicating with you. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at srishtistudios03@gmail.com. Payments processed via Razorpay are governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy. Srishti Natural Herbal Beauty Parlour is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions, damage to property at the client's premises, or variations in results. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service booked. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
